驗收：上述指令在 teai 都有語義相同的對應（或 agents 倉庫文件改述為 teai 既有指令），附測試；agents 倉庫遷移 PR（agents#42）會把文件指令全面改寫為 teai 版本，缺的部分以 tea 保持並標註待補。
實作時注意 teai 的寫入閘門慣例：寫入類命令一律要求明確 --yes（未確認 exit 2、不發請求）。

已完成：PR #41（commit d01108b）。teai 新增 pulls approve／checkout／close、通用 comment、issues list --labels，皆附測試（go test ./... 全綠）；README 指令清單同步更新。另測得 Gitea API 對不存在的 label 名稱會回未過濾結果（伺服器端行為），已在 PR 說明註記。
